Koch Group consultants have been assisting our manufacturing clients partner with high performance manufacturers' agents or manufacturers' reps for over 30 years. We have developed proprietary systems to analyze a manufacturer's sales by market segments and niches and target the geographic areas of the country where they should be selling successfully. Basically, the highest potential target markets are determined.

We then contact industrial manufacturers' agents in a selected area, whether by state, MANA or ERA territory, or metropolitan area and screen potential agents to determine a good fit for our client, the principal, and the agency.

Final agencies are selected for face-to-face meetings that take place in their territory. Most clients have at least 6-8 agencies to meet with and evaluate. After the meetings are finished, we assist the principal determine which agencies "fit" best with them. We also help contract with the selected agency. Finally, we help our manufacturing clients "manage" the agencies to get the best possible results for both the manufacturer and the agency.
