Distribution network evaluation and developmentIndustrial marketing projectsDeveloping a solid distribution network is important for many of our manufacturing clients. This network may include distributors, dealers, agencies, or a combination of these participants. Koch Group consultants will meet with and evaluate the distribution participants' ability to support our client's needs. Typically, we travel to meet with the distribution participant face-to-face to properly evaluate their ability and desire to support our manufacturing clients' sales needs. Once we have determined what the best profile is for a successful distribution participant for our client, we develop a list of target participants, and again travel to meet with them to set up distribution for our client in that area. Once distribution is set up, it is critical to support their selling activities on our clients' behalf.
