Plan implementation assistance
Industrial marketing services
Once a manufacturer or industrial service provider has developed a plan,
or Koch Group consultants have written a marketing plan for them, the
most difficult part is performing the plan implementation activities.
It is easy for a consultant to indicate in the plan a company should develop
a network of manufacturers’ reps or agents in nine selected states.
It is altogether another thing to perform that task effectively!

Throughout any consulting project implementation, Koch Group consultants
directly participate in implementing action plan activities, as required
by our clients.
We are not the consulting firm that tells a client what to do, but does
not know how to do it! Our industrial marketing consultants will assist
in, guide, oversee, and monitor implementation results in progress to
see if a company’s marketing and /or sales personnel are performing
required activities as defined and scheduled in the marketing plan. Consider how we assist our clients during plan implementation:
- If a client requires in-person sales call assistance, we do it.
- If a client needs a web site developed to create increased sales opportunities,

- If a client requires industrial distributors, identified, set up, or trained,

Determine site layout; create navigation scheme; develop needed
site graphics or photographic artwork; develop web text for any or
all key web pages; perform HTML coding; develop needed value-added
sections like Tips or Glossaries; create extensive Links pages; cross
link pages; develop a site that is search engine optimized to drive
traffic and opportunities to a company; proof, launch site with search
engines and directories; and; post-launch site marketing. |
